MXR tactics develops AI-powered augmented reality tactical training for law enforcement and correctional staff, security guards and the military.
Founded in 2021 with headquarters in Innsbruck, Austria, MXR tactics has quickly established a stellar reputation as a pioneer in future-oriented tactical training. Our solutions are based on our practical training experience and on the latest immersive AR technologies. The MXR platform takes tactical training to a new level: We enable trainers to create individual virtual AI-powered scenarios for real-world locations in a fast and uniquely flexible way. The setup is easy and location-independent. This allows trainees to train more often and in a variety of environments, also frequently varying their scenarios. They practice de-escalation, operational procedures and use of force decision making in realistic real-life scenarios.

MXR tactics was founded by a highly motivated and truly passionate group of people with in-depth expertise in software development and hardware engineering, artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality, advanced analytics, gaming, industrial design and with solid experience in tactical training and special operations of law enforcement and the military.
We are proud to be able to say that the MXR platform has been developed entirely in-house, from the ground up and it is based on state-of-the-art technologies and software standards.
